In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you of any such cancellation promptly.

Mauli Internationals delivers across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only — actual delivery may vary based on location, logistic partner availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Mauli Internationals pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, acts of God, or any event beyond our reasonable control.

We stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Perishable goods, opened consumables, and products purchased during special promotions are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
